Eye Mask or Ice Pack?

717znFS9ZSL._SX522_Like many people with Migraines, I often become over-sensitive to temperature and light. I use an eye mask for naps and every night, but I also need to use ice packs when I have a migraine, and usually have to go back and forth.

And then I found the most amazing product:

The FOMI Cold Clay Eye Mask.

Somehow, this beauty is the best of both worlds – One side is an eye mask, and the other side is an ice pack. So, here’s a basic break down of pros and cons.

Pros Cons
  • Eye mask AND ice pack at once!
  • Breaks down easier than normal ice packs (which is ok, at such a low cost)
  • Cools down naturally in a normal, room-temperature room
  • That’s it. No other cons.
  • Cools down extremely quick while in the fridge or freezer
  • Doesn’t become hard and uncomfortable when frozen
  • Soft felt side makes for a wonderful eye mask
  • Doesn’t seem to hold smell (which is wonderful for migraines)
  • Velcro and elastic strap
  • Great value, low price

Trust me, this is actually one of the best products I have ever purchased for my migraines, and it has made a huge difference. Take the plunge – it is worth it.
